I was looking at cookware, not because I'm much of a cook, but because I was getting a new stove. I like to keep a pot of water boiling (slowly)
on the stove in the winter to keep some moisture in the air. For this task
you need a nice heavy pot that will not burn through from the constant heat, This saucepan is perfect for the job.
