i have had this series of pots and pans for about a year now and they really are incredibly good quality. The foods all cook evenly and the pans stay beautiful and shiny even after a year of abuse on the stove top and in the oven as well! An excelent buy for the price.

With copper disks on the bottoms of stovetop pieces to spread heat quickly and evenly, this seven-piece stainless-steel cookware set delivers beauty, practicality, and value. The copper disks are unsurpassed for heat conductivity, the 18/10 stainless steel cleans easily, and the mirror finish looks great in the kitchen. The set consists of a covered 1-1/2-quart saucepan; a covered 2-1/2-quart saucepan; a covered 5-1/2-quart Dutch oven for cooking casseroles, braising, and simmering stocks, soup, and chili; and a 10-inch skillet. The hollow stainless-steel handles on the pans and skillet stay cool on the stovetop, are oven-safe, and have handle holes for hanging on hooks or pegs.
