I purchased this sauce pan for my sister who has some health problems and was looking for a pan that wasn't too heavy to lift. This one fits the bill. She is very satisfied with it and uses it quite a bit. I also have always liked Revere ware - I have a frying pan which I like - everything cooks so evenly.
